By using Nibble, you agree that we may collect and store your profile information, preferences, and scan history as described in our Privacy Policy. While we strive for accuracy in our product database, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of ingredient data.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes

• Not attempt to circumvent our security measures

4. Third-Party Services

Our service uses Supabase for user authentication and data storage. We do not share your personal information with any third-party applications or services beyond what is strictly necessary for core app functionality.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Nibble offers auto-renewing subscription plans that grant access to premium features. Subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s account settings.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without any warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the service

• Complete accuracy of product or ingredient information

• That all allergens will be correctly identified

• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
